Attitude? Gratitude? What's That?
Lately I have been thinking:
"I am Calm"
"I am Quiet"
And picturing those attributes in my inner self. The "quiet" is more difficult than the "calm!"
Blue, naturally is my go-to color of choice, imparting energy and quiet combined.

Being Grateful Actually Increases:
Improved Immune Function
Less threat Sensitivity in terms of brain response
Fewer aches and Pains
Better Sleep
"I can do that!"
This is working! "Today I am grateful For...."

"Imagine music and singling in your inner self."
I feel more positive.
I am grateful for "Today" and "Tonight" as they unfold~
I am grateful for "first Light in the morning."
I am grateful for the fragrance of fresh coffee.
