B.A. Slippery Rock University, Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania, honors in Art and English, award winning artist and illustrator, paintings and prints.  

Sold first portrait of a champion collie at age fifteen.  Portraits and prints of twenty famous collie champions of the past for the Collie Club of America, four covers for Collie Review magazine, illustrated book Collie Concept for Mrs. George H. (Bobbee) Roos, 2nd place in the Dog Writers Assoc. Awards, Best Breed category (1982).

Promoted by Jiong Gu, Traditional Chinese Medical Doctor, to teach Tai Chi Yang Style Long Form (88 Pattern variation with music) and 18 Form Tai Chi Qigong, (Shi Ba Shi), 1998, Bloomington IL.

Coached Art Workshop at Normal Community Activity Center in Normal, IL, from 1999-2000.  Students developed unique expressions of drawing and painting by exploring personal subjective interests.

Started Lakeshore Tai Chi, Stevensville, MI, in 2001

Certified by Dr. Paul Lam in Tai Chi for Arthritis in 2002
Certified by Dr. Paul Lam in Tai Chi for Arthritis Falls Prevention, and Seated Tai Chi for Arthritis, 2011.
