"BY AN UNFALTERING TRUST"

*I offer this story...
a Journey of the Stars unto the Stones...
as a gift to reinspire others to Remember...
to Remember who they are and
 Why they are here...

And when we Remember...if even just a glimpse...
our consciousness and thus our mind and bodies
(our "temple template of Infinity") will fill with light...
with ecstasies, unspeakable...
and we will KNOW!!!

For it is time...

The Daily Inbox
Always surprise packages appear in the E-mail!  I found the above words and source in **Debra Basham's wonderful message "We Are Live!"  Debra mentions our Star homes and Earth journeys.  We are choosing to join in love and harmony for a shift in constructive thought and personal expression.  Debra told me recently, "Show up, be present, and speak the truth!"

Remember who we truly are:  living miracles, healing wonders, and luminous beings!  We are entitled to gentle births (and rebirths), quiet transitions shining with perfect health and wholeness.  These gifts are ours unfolding in the union of unconditional love, forgiveness, gratitude, and celestial light.  ***Guided "...by an unfaltering trust...like one who wraps the drapery of his couch about him and lies down to pleasant dreams."

There is no separation between the visible and the invisible--NONE!

My friend Susanne spoke to me, "Imagine this!  Miracles are here every day when you look for them!"   Another friend mentioned "quiet miracles," that happen without publicity and media hype.  We are all living miracles!  Expect a Miracle!

I hear an angel whisper, "Stand Clear!" meaning stand up for yourself and "seek and speak your truths" positively and assertively!  This is Yang (active) energy.  She also suggests balancing action with quiet meditative Yin energy.  "Stand (breathe) Clear" your body, mind, and spirit with needed refreshment.  Seated or moving meditation such as Tai Chi, Qigong, or Yoga, alone or with friends harmonizes us.  Action and Rest:  "Both are necessary!"

**Debra Basham writes noting http://cayelincastell.com/   "The moon is visible approaching the Pleiades (29 Taurus) before sunrise this morning (7/24/11).  The Pleiadian star group has long been linked to our starry origins and the remembering of who we truly are.  Attuning to the moon as it amplifies the light codes coming in from the Pleiades is a way to consciously connect with this remembering."

RUNNING WILD IN THE UNIVERSE

Split Infinity
We had an informal Tai Chi practice group, under the trees in a local park the summer before I was promoted to teach Tai Chi.  Every weekday morning, for one half hour from 7:30-8AM, our group met, weather permitting.  We warmed up informally and practiced Yang Long Form Tai Chi then cooled down.  After practice people stayed and talked or left for work or other commitments.  We became a Tai Chi family.  In China people meet for Tai Chi and share joys and concerns, a journey of becoming.

It was that summer I began to hone the details of the Yang Long form.  Little did I realize I would be promoted to teach Tai Chi in the fall in two separate locations!  As the morning friends went on to separate journeys and locations in the early fall I wrote:

RUNNING WILD IN THE UNIVERSE

Languid afternoons of rest and recreation

The cat stretches and yawns.  She extends her claws...and practices Yoga.

Thunderbolts split the night!

Morning wind caresses the grass:  there is music in the pines.

Unsettled turmoil all around:  new beginnings invite explorations.

Wellsprings of creativity spring up like fountains:

Words and pictures tune in from nowhere.

Sounds of laughter echo in the fields.

I feel like Celtic Oisin riding his horse over the ocean.

Orion, the Hunter, stares down from the heavens previewing the chill
of winter.

The great Wolf joins him, Sirius star glows, a blue-white celestial diamond.

We've split apart like stray ping-pong balls running wild in the universe....

How like now!  With so much intensity and adventure, we find our quiet harmony in the glow of Tai Chi practice with universal friends.

"I AM YOUR ANGEL!"

Forward:
Paintings flow out more energetically than ever now though the subjects, born of color and timeless moments, become, for the moment, veils of ethereal visions.  A Tai Chi student commented that the pink angel enclosed within a heart shaped aura and sporting wings like fountains reminded her of William Blake's angels.  I unearthed my Blake book and took a peek.  Two angels greeted me from the pages.  Enveloped in light, their wing tips met in a silent touch overhead.

"You should paint something normal," Paul told me recently, "Like a Cheetah or something."

"Yeah," I thought "Just to keep in me touch with the wild and domestic (is there a difference?) animal painter within.

I settled comfortably into writing, loving the tapping rhythm at the keyboard and remembering the round white keys with black letters on my Dad's typewriter.  There I happily banged away for hours striking the keys, teaching my inner child to type.  My Dad showed me how to press the shift key....we are still pressing the shift key!  And now we are shifting into higher gear....

I put on music, the frequency of the day is Simon and Garfunkle's Bleeker Street.  I hum along picking up the lilting harmonic tones.  It feels so good, almost unreal to write like this, unplanned streamers of thought energy...Zen-like.  "That's what Tai Chi teaches," I think.  "The secret of not thinking is...not thinking!"

Angel!

Reflecting:  Marian, one of my Tai Chi students, told me an amazing story.  Marian went to a shelter to pick out a pet cat.  As she passed by, one of the cats chose Marian and reached out through the wire and touched her.

"I'd like to see this one," Marian said.

"She's not a lap sitter," the helper replied.  "Her name is 'Mairna,' just like your name only the letters are in a different order."

"Oh, no that's not her name!"  Marian exclaimed as she lifted the cat to her, "You're my Angel!"  A spirit bond partnership began although Angel is usually called "Sweetums" at home.

Months after getting the cat, Marian came to my Tai Chi class.  Sean, one of my Tai Chi instructors and an artist reminded me, "Whoever is in class is called to be there if only for a little while."  Marian and I talked after class.  I gradually got to know Marian better. Then I gingerly told her about connecting to your angel.  You "just ask" for the name in a quiet moment, and when you are ready.

Marian took her time, and when the moment arrived for her to ask for her Angel's name, it came spelled out M-a-i-r-n-a!  "I had to ask several times to be sure."

I remembered when I asked for my Angel's name, I asked three times, not wanting to "believe" it was Sharon.  Finally she said, "It's Sharon, you're stuck with me, Kid!"

Several days after finding her Angel's name as Mairna, Angel Cat and Marian rested at home.  Marian got up and started toward the bookcase, searching for something to read.  A book dislodged and suddenly dropped to the floor with a bang.  Marian reached down and picked up the book.  The name of the book was Ask Your Angels!  This is the same book a friend gave me a year ago!

Marian remembered her deceased son's words, "Here, Mom, read this sometime."  Marian and Doug have a special connection across a bridge of timeless infinity.  "I should read this now?"

"There are such things you know," I ponder. The phrase, "expect a rainbow" enters my keyboard.  Lately I have sent rainbow light to people needing prayer or even a visual rainbow.  I can picture a person lit up with the full spectrum of the rainbow radiating up and around them in a heart shaped aura.  When I picture a couple, I can envision them both within the heart shaped vibrating rainbow of love and light.  When I see a rainbow or a prism, I think of my Angel-Friend Louise, connecting from beyond. Today, Caroline sent me a surprise package of note cards with the rainbow circling up through a heart shaped cloud.  I write, "Love is a Rainbow!"

Angel Cat

Some time after writing Marian's Angel story, I painted an image of a solid orange cat peering into a mirror and "seeing" the reflection of an Angel in the glass.  Years later, Mrs. Harris, our orange kitten, was sitting in the hall. "That's It!"  I told Paul, "I have a painting downstairs that looks just like Mrs. Harris painted before she was born!"

WELCOMING MRS. HARRIS

How did our furry orange kitten find us?

Mrs. Harris is adorable.  She is also ferocious.  Mrs. Harris is a fuzzy butterball red-gold seven week old kitten.  How did we come to acquire Mrs. Harris?

Several years ago we began searching for a red tom kitten similar to our Zar.  He was a striking fox red tomcat with a white splash on his muzzle.  Zar wore white boots.  In his prime he weighed twenty-two pounds and ruled the neighborhood.  Zar perched on the roof of our car to survey his territory like a Cheetah on a mound, a unique presence.

After several years, Zar acquired a calico mate named Zara and later a dark brown and gray tabby companion called Chessie.  She was named for the Chesapeake and Ohio Railroad's mascot.  On the C & O rail cars, a kitten named Chessie peeks out from under a blanket.  After seeing a Chessie car at a railroad crossing, I went home to find our kitten sleeping under a blanket in the same position.  Chessie grew to be a striking sleek hunter like her ancestor, the African Wildcat.

How would we find the right red kitten?  A sign in our Vet's office looked promising, but the kittens were already taken.  We told the office to let us know of future litters.  Then we left on vacation

Returning home, there was a message for kittens.  When I called the number, "How did you know we had kittens?  We don't go to that vet, and the kittens are only three weeks old, not advertised yet."

"What color are they?"

"There are four, one red and white and three red kittens."  Eagerly we went to see the kittens.  They were fuzzy balls of fur just learning  how to tumble over each other.  It was like rewinding time fifteen years to recall Zar and Zara's three golden kittens, so much like these.  We weren't sure, maybe three boys and one girl?  We didn't select a kitten that day but went home to plan.  We let Chessie pick up kitten scent from our hands.  She rubbed us.

We began to think about a red boy kitten.  One night I had a strange dream.  I was resting in my comfortable chair, and a red gold kitten lounged in my lap, purring.  Other people were there with me, and I introduced the kitten.  "This is Mrs. Harris."  Mrs. Harris was the kitten's name?  I do not know a Mrs. Harris!  Why would I name a kitten Mrs. Harris?  Why would I get a girl kitten?  The dream painted itself with lively colors.

After I awoke, instead of fading into the mist, the dream stayed with me.  I wrote down "Mrs. Harris" on a slip of paper so I could recall the details.  Later I told my husband, "The name of the kitten is Mrs. Harris."

We visited the kittens again.  Now it looked like three girls and one boy.  Two of the girls were like twins, a pair bond.  There was one independent red girl who fought tenaciously with the red and white boy kitten when he disturbed her grooming.  We played with the kittens and let one choose us.

Independent Mrs. Harris chewed my shoelace and climbed into my lap.  Her face showed a white halo around her eyes and chin.  "That's the one!"  I remembered how our collie puppy, Sky, sat on my husband's shoe. Chessie hopped after our daughter like a rabbit, choosing us.

"I still don't know how you found us.  It must be fate.  No one knew we had kittens that were only three weeks old at the time."

Two weeks later, we went to pick up Mrs. Harris.  We watched the kittens romping outside, testing the grass, leaping up and down off the porch, peeking out from under the patio furniture.  One by one the other kittens fell asleep.  Mrs. Harris was still going strong.

We picked Mrs. Harris up and carried her inside.  Ginger, her long haired calico mother, came away from the others to say good-bye to her baby.  "She knows."  Ginger waved her plumy tail and walked with elegant grace over to my outstretched hand and rubbed approval.  Mrs. Harris snuggled up to her mother one last time and fell asleep.

Time to go.  We hugged good-bye and put Mrs. Harris in the van with a blanket for comfort.

WELCOME HOME:  Mrs. Harris snuggled next to me while I scribbled out this story.  This is how Mrs. Harris found us.  Chessie was last seen eating Mrs. Harris' food.  Mrs. Harris was last seen shinnying up the back of the sofa.  "We caught a live one!"  Mrs. Harris' nickname is "Velcro kitty."

I believe our special pet friends actively seek us out as we mutually search for them, teaching us much about faith, patience, and love.

CARRY WATER CHOP WOOD

"Space is the canvas matter paints itself upon," Rob

The Visible Journey
Recently I collected myself for an invisible journey, accompanied by energies and thoughts of family and friends and animals and angels: "The Posse."  I like this!

How would I get to my destination?  How would I keep calm, centered and focused?  I tried something new!  I packed without a list!  I promised myself I would take notepaper, but be free of written notes! How will I do this?  I took along a small gift tote bag from Thailand filled with sacred treasures:  a scarf, two small polished rose quartz pebbles, rosaries from various friends, sacred calligraphy symbols, a balsa wood horse figure and many more small items.

My assignment:  Letting Go, Trust, and Intuition

My Wish:  "Arrive Without Traveling," Tao Te Ching

My Destination:  Terre Haute, Indiana USA for Dr. Paul Lam's pre-conference workshop Tai Chi for Arthritis Fall Prevention and Seated Tai Chi for Arthritis instructor certification.  One day of travel and two days of seminars plus home is just right for me, a three day sprint.

Small travel bags in hand, my husband, Paul, and I began the trek south.  It was wonderful breathing the summer air of Indiana and feeling Illinois close by. I loved feeling again the land we left eleven years ago, the land where I first experienced and taught Tai Chi.

Many Stories: One World
The Tai Chi seminar was set in a small Catholic Girls' College, St. Mary of the Woods.  The spacious country campus is dotted with huge green trees.  There is a labyrinth, chapel, grotto, shrine and church.  Many buildings date from 1840, sporting tall ceilings, soft wood floors, marble stairs, sparkling stained glass scenes and angel paintings.  The buildings and grounds have a European feel.  I am walking on sacred ground.

Many come from all over the world to experience Dr. Paul Lam and his International Teaching Team, the Master Trainers.  I let intuition lead me as I met others, all with valuable stories and lessons to share.  Dr. Lam mentioned the principles of "song" (loosening) and "jing" (the quiet mind).  Master Trainer, Jef Morris added "letting go" during seated Tai Chi.  A very large group practicing Tai Chi together imparts harmony of "all one energy" free of ego, judgement and competition.

"All is possible with the mind."

Twice in a Lifetime
During the Tai Chi weekend I experienced gratitude of being healthy, in complete wholeness, and sharing with others in a safe and comfortable environment.  I felt surrounded by invisible energies of animals and friends, far and near.  I absorbed the gold-silver frequencies of Angels and Archangels.

At night I wrapped myself in a small candy pink blanket I had purchased recently.  I relaxed while feeling love from friends and family back home, and enjoyed deep restful sleep.

When my son, Rob, led me to his Tai Chi class, I was fifty two years old.  I worked with Rob for eight months at home until I was strong enough to go to class.  The first day of class, my life began to change.  I met Jiong Gu, a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine.  Later Dr. Gu promoted me to lead the Yang Yang Form (88 pattern variation) with music accompaniment he had learned from his family in Shanghai as a young boy.

Tai Chi gave me my life back!  I began to write a vision book, Silver Butterfly and teach Tai Chi.  My paintings took on new jewel like colors and energy.  I became young again!  Dr. Gu encouraged me to meet masters of Tai Chi including Dr. Paul Lam, so that I could experience and learn from experts.

"It is good to be young, twice in a lifetime"

The Highway With No One On It
Years ago, I had a dream vision.  I was driving north in my old blue car.  I was alone.  It was raining.  Gradually the sun came out.  It was humid and summer wind whipped into the car.  I felt happy as I drove north.  In my dream, the highway was a peaceful dual road empty of traffic.

As we moved out of Illinois to our new home, my husband, Paul, and I traveled north on highway 41.  We were driving separate cars.  When I pulled onto the road following Paul, I recognized the empty highway in my dream!  I felt great adventures lay ahead!

Driving toward home on the same highway, 41 north, after the Tai Chi seminar,  "Look, see the sunny empty road ahead!"  It was fun to revisit my dream on the "highway with no one on it!"

Carry Water Chop Wood
What have I learned upon returning home?  The quiet mind ("jing") is more present now with less frantic push to always be reading, drawing, or writing something.  Rob reminds me that process is the journey.  All is process whether painting a picture, building a brick patio, writing a story, brewing tea, or training a puppy.  Down to Earth tasks are equally important such as making buckwheat cakes, washing dishes, processing laundry, or mowing the lawn.  I am feeling increased gratitude for these experiences since the seminar.  My "carry water chop wood" part of the day is helping me feel solid connections to the Earth and sensory experiences.

Spontaneity feels easier now.

We are expressing the times of our lives!  The journey to eternity begins with one thought, one breath, one step.  It is an ongoing forward moving path.  The invisible and the visible journey are one.

I opened a new fortune cookie:
"Sometimes travel to new places leads to great transformation."
