I had to find a quiet spot for some spiritual rest.  

Just taking a much-needed break from routines for a 'time-out and reset' of my spirit and enthusiasm."

Music helps to set the stage.  Sometimes you may have a tune in your head or you like frequencies or various kinds of self-therapy, symphonies, white noise, and many more choices.

Even quick five-minute rest periods with eyes closed can help. I have tried it.

I love cartoons!  Often cartoons teach me more about myself that I'd like to know!  The title here comes from a volume of Calvin and Hobbes cartoons created by Bill Waterson.  Calvin, a young boy shares, adventures with Hobbes, his tiger toy. Magically the "Tiger" comes alive and the and the pair share adventures "far and wide" when parents are not around.

ZIG ZAG LIGHT BEAMS!  (A. K. A. The kitchen sink!)

I have a small painted tin box here in my hands.  The cover reads:

On the box, a young girl holds up a "diorama" brimming with goodies coming out of a container, an angel fish, a painted plate, a golden necklace, an Angel dancing on water.  And more!  There are floating clouds, and calm blue water with Pink Lotus Flowers.

ROY's FIRST LAW: " All flat surfaces will soon fill up with stuff.  This law is a result of Newton's law of Gravity and the second law of Thermodynamics which states that disorder in the universe is always increasing so that all flat surfaces will have things landing on them. 

ROY's SECOND LAW "Is that one person alone cannot pill a cat. Cats will expand to fill the space available."

DAHLIS' LAW "All flat surfaces will soon fill up with cats."
