When I wake I think, either still lying down or standing,

I "shield" myself in protective ring/rings of color and light. "Today it was "Orange  then Turquoise"  I feel better!  SMILE.  Any color colors or combinations will appear for you.  They change as needed.

"Gentle and Strong?  How can that be?  Then I remember gentle Yin and Strong Yang both are necessary all in balance.

COME TO ME

LET US BE 

WE.

BUT
