the North Star

of Woofy's energetic little pack.

I was the original

who sparked the care.

Joined by Cimarron

we wandered the desert 

exploring as wolves do.

Neither fences nor electric deterrents

stopped our merry flights.

My hunting killed me

as I stalked a toad

who knew it packed a lethal load?

So I got it

but in the end

it got me too!

So the predator prey equation

was even in the end!

INVISIBLE BRIDGE

Invisible Bridge

What may happen when a furry friend  says good-bye to an earthly home and changes dimensions?

FURRY FRIENDS ARE FAMILY MEMBERS

Sharing Thoughts:

"Animals wait for their human to join them~ when they reunite, the bridge bursts into an incandescent rainbow!

As they walk toward the rainbow and bridge, the intensity of the light varies causing the rainbow to shift and seem to disappear and reappear.

This continues as they walk across the bridge.  When they reach the far side of the bridge, it all fades and disappears."  

"Anyway, that's what I 'thought/saw.'."

Recently another friend sent this photo.  One of my Collie Prints I had given her was bathed in rainbow light!  "Imagine!"

** The light is fleeting and illusive~

* Albert Payson Terhune, World Renowned Writer, after death, communicated with his wife Anice, from the new dimension.  Terhune:  author, journalist also wrote Collie Stories like Lad A Dog, Grey Dawn and many Collies he owned. These books  brought the Collie breed into the public eye.  Including Me! 

Anice Terhune wrote her experiences in a book Across the Line, 1945.

** Collie Print (pictured).  In 1982, The Collie Club of America commissioned me to paint portraits of 20 Famous Champions of the Past.  The original pastel and charcoal pencil portraits, framed, went to winners of the Collie Club of America Specialty Show that year. The Collie prints were made into limited edition lithographs.

The Collie pictured here in rainbow light is Champion County Lane M'Liss. Painting these portraits helped me to feel the spirits of these Great Collies. Owners gave permission to paint their dogs and approved the finished portraits.

Collie Club of America offers Colie Rescue for needed help.

IDENTITY: SERENITY?

What NOW?

I had two more dreams!  Great visual positive dreams that got me back in touch with "myself." 

Beach and Sky:  WHO AM I?

Years ago, a friend said to me: 

"Artist

Healer

Teacher

Friend:

Thank you for coming into my life."

"Do you think of yourself in these ways?"

"No," I replied:  "I only think of myself as artist."

The Flying Rainbow

Recently I came to realize I had lost most of my identity.  Retiring after 22 years as a certified Tai Chi instructor is very difficult.  Also, the painting that so nourishes me changed form and practice methods.  Insights came in mysterious ways.  Gradually I gently felt more like reconnecting and recharging my creative self.

 How?

"I am calm, I am quiet, I am grateful, I am creative" positive self talk works.  

Alone time in quiet is also constructive, so needed to clarify thoughts and feelings.

Keep connections thriving.

Listen:  Ask a question then be quiet.  Gentle Listening can so help someone.  And someone can listen to you in return.

The Dreams I had? 

One was a Tai Chi Teaching Dream!  A room of younger people I did not know were practicing with me in a quiet room with soft lighting.  So positive and calming.

The other dream on the same night was in a sunny sunporch setting with many green trees outside.  Many people of all ages were there and smiling.  There were framed paintings on the white walls of various styles, sizes, and colors.  

Someone spoke, "Who painted the pictures?"

I was sitting quietly by myself (no surprises there) and I looked up, jumped up and exclaimed,
"I painted them!"

Next I went around the room, telling each painting's name and brief history!  Viewers asked questions. WOW!  The paintings glowed!  They love showing off~

So much gentle energy here. 

 When I woke, I felt like myself again!

 "Paint Your Dreams."

On the path of recovery/discovery "teacher" was a surprise.  Friends/Students poured into my life and stayed true and honest, sharing and caring people "hear and now."

Healer? 

"Creativity Blesses Your Soul."  As you reach out with a painting, sketch, poem, story, idea, play, script, a song, a photo, a musical performance.  Helping family, friend, neighbor or pets and so much more is here for us.

Furry Friends are Family Members!

Positive Shared Energy is a Form of Prayer:  

Silent or Spoken, Sung, Written, Painted, Danced in Groups or Alone,  sending and receiving all in balance.

THE MESSAGE FROM NOWHERE

 "I had a dream....and then I woke up!"

What Is It?

A mix of white, grey and blue and clouds?

STAY TUNED!  More is on the way~

In the Dream:

I clearly saw an arm reaching out to me.  The arm was clothed in a denim blue soft color.  Misty white/grey clouds surrounded the outstretched arm.  A "human" hand held something out to me.  It was a folded medium sized piece of soft  paper, light grey in color.  It had a message for me!  

In my dream, I lifted my left arm and reached out my hand to receive the message and read it.   

Then!  I Woke Up!

But not entirely "awake."  

The message and messenger had vanished.  I looked at the clock, 4 AM Oct 29, 2021.  I got up and walked around a bit, coming to full awakening.  

OK, Now What?  

I wondered what the note might have said?  Was it handwritten?  What language might it have been?  Perhaps it was a drawing or a scribble?  

I settled back asleep and woke the next morning to greet the sunrise.  What beautiful sun and clouds! Turquoise, choral, pink, purples, blues, green and gold leaves shimmering in the Autumn Morning~ PICTURE IT

The message?  I got a nudge to make three short phone calls that clarified questions I had wondered about.  Later that same afternoon, I got a call that needed answers that the morning calls had actually addressed!

What are the odds? 

Post Script: Today some words came in:
