ERASE!
Black and White
For unknown reasons today I "hunted down" a story. I had a crystal (blank) mind. What to write? No Clue! *Music rolling, notepad (real paper) at the ready, connecting into to the electronic dashboard (the control panel), and open at random my copy of Silver Butterfly Create A Vision book. My eyes catch the words:
Erase your Mental Blackboard
George Eddy, instructor, spoke to a Tai Chi class:
"You are standing facing your blackboard It can be a large chalk board or white dry erase board....What is written on it? Your schedule for the day, lists, errands, plans, vacation? What have you frantically scribbled about worries, fears, angers and situations?"
"Pick up your big eraser or clean cloth and sweep away everything on your schedule board!....Your mind becomes shiny and new as you wipe the slate clear...."
"....Now you are ready for Tai Chi practice, other tasks, or creative work...."
"Mental Housecleaning can be done anytime anywhere even at work as you take a quick break...."
Years later, I received the Blue Butterfly logo for Out of the Blue in another of George's Tai Chi classes. While we stood after erasing our schedule boards, George instructed us to gaze at our clean imaginary screens and see what might appear. I "saw" a giant blue butterfly in my image-mind!
** Today during a writing break, I see a new blog post by Debra Basham, D-A-R-K. Debra is mentioning a book I just picked up, Proof of Heaven by Eben Alexander, M.D. This Neurosurgeon, was recently featured on The Oprah Winfrey Show, Super Soul Sunday. His book cover sports a small blue butterfly! Debra also mentions the power of angels in her post....
*** Yesterday Oprah Winfrey ran a show, Angels Around Us. Teams of angels (the specialists) come in to help with specific areas of life, health, career, creativity and more. Oprah, "Different Angels do different things!" Angels may come in any form at all including light forms, colors, intuitions, dreams, ideas, people, pets and more from the visible to the invisible. Angels form spiritual partnerships, energy thought-forms, with us. We are co-creators of evolving Earth journeys and beyond.

PUZZLE?
I found some flower photos, feathery and candy pink. I also found some art work cut outs, gifts from a Tai Chi friend.
I love piecing together jigsaw puzzle pieces into creative wholeness, sort of creating order out of chaos. Collages of images and words splash color and light into our winter in the northern Hemisphere.
All is Process.
It is a great spontaneous experience to discover and rediscover ourselves in the creative journeys of our lives.
What can these four painted flowers represent?
The top one is VISION: outer vision (our visual world) and inner vision (intuition).
Next we have DIRECTION: The paths we walk. The choices we make.
Following is MIND: * "My mind is as sharp and clear as a diamond."
The last flower, shaped like a fan, represents UNCONDITIONAL LOVE, reaching ever outward with positive unselfish intent.
** Soft piano chods come drifting in, completing the moment.
Happy Valentine's Day!

IN THE FOG
* "Strange to wander in the fog.
Each bush and stone stands alone,
No tree sees the next one,
Each is alone...."
Who Are You?
Recently we had some-snow-rain-fog mix. The car was chilled inside the garage, but the outside temp was over 50 degrees. As I drove down the foggy street, the car fogged up inside too! Quickly I opened the car windows, turned on the heat and defrost fan. What a strange experience! Fog inside-fog outside....car lights at the approaching intersection seemed to glow a strange dim gold. No one was behind me. I waited extra time and safely headed to the right at my stop sign.
Navigating new paths? Inside and Out?
I arrived at the welcoming Tai Chi group, eager to connect and relax.
Later I pondered back over the past six months. I have become more of a spontaneous participant in my life events rather than the distant detached observer.
Emotional? You Bet!
Unpredictable? Yeah Right!
Am I in a fog yet clearer than I have been? Definitely!
** A song repeats and repeats in my mind:
"....Even though I pass this time alone
Somewhere so unknown, it...heals the soul.
February Stars floating in the dark, temporary scars, February Stars...."
"Time Alone" yet not alone?
Temporary Scars, what does that mean?
"Healing is a process not an event," someone spoke years ago.
What is healing? Who heals the healer?
I pull some favorite books off the shelf for redistributing to friends and family. How can I part with these spiritual gifts? I open one at random and read:
"same wavelength" my underline. And then on the next page, *** "Special people who mean as much as you do to me--can be separated from another person by distance and time, and yet, upon meeting again, continue on as though they had never been apart."
"Why? Because, in truth, they never have been."
The phone rings.
"How come we have such a hard time letting go of physical objects? We love our books! We love our clothes! We love our stuff!"
"My stuff my way!" I shout!
"Since we are detached emotionally from most people, are we attached to 'things' instead?"
Good Question~
We don't talk often, but when we do, there is instant connection! I grabbed the book I just found and read, "separated...by distance and time, and yet,...continue on as though they had never been apart."
I know this colorful book will have a new home with my Tai Chi friend. She can enjoy it and pass it along to others. Another book has a life of its own!
Can we really know how another feels and thinks?
* "....Strange to wander in the fog,
To live is to be alone.
No one knows another,
Each is alone."
